The man, the myth, the legend. Daniel Tyminski impressed us all when he came to fruition at the 2011 Northeast Regionals over top competitor and ‘Mr. CrossFit’ himself Rob Orlando, placing second overall, and heading to the CrossFit Games ranking 6th in the world. This guy has come from behind as an underdog many times and has stayed on top. He belongs to what some say is the toughest CrossFit Games Regional in the country, and finds himself fighting for wins against the best of the best. He has participated at the Life as Rx Beast of the East competition, and won twice. His infectious motivation drives EVERYONE to live ReDefined.
Daniel Tyminski is the owner of CrossFit Lindy in West Babylon, New York.
